- Registration and payment for all climbers should be made AS A SCHOOL/INSTITUTION.
- Individual registrations and walk-ins are accepted but participant must be representing a school/institution.
- The dates for registration would be strictly adhered to.
Instructions to register:
1. Registration form
Please complete the
registration form and send it to
climbx.tjc@gmail.com. It can be a pdf document or photograph as long as required fields are completed.
Payment will be made separately (see below).
2. Payment methods
Payment must be made latest by 23
rd May or it will be considered under “EVENT DAY PAYMENT”.
Climb X 2013 organisers would be accepting 2 modes of payment, in Cheque (
preferred) or Cash:
- Payment (cheque or cash) to be submitted in person to:
- Sheryl Long, TJC Climbing Club Secretary
- Arrange for a meeting (contact details below)
- Payment (cheque) to be mailed to:
- “Ms Siti Rafidah Bte Rahman”
- Addressed: 22 Bedok South Road Singapore 469278
- Mail marked as: TJC Climbing Club, Climb X registration
A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Please approach the registration booth on the event day for the issuing of an official
receipt.
*We do not accept any other forms of payment.
3. Indemnity Form
- The individual indemnity form of each competitor has to be handed in to the organizers of Climb X 2013 on the event day itself.
- An administration fee of $1 would be charged to individuals who require an indemnity form.
- For competitors under 21 years of age, parent’s/guardian’s consent is required in the completion of the indemnity form.
