Registration for Climb X 2014

REGISTRATION FOR CLIMB X 2014 IS NOW OPEN!

Climb X by Temasek Junior College Climbing Club is a competition under the Singapore Climbing League (SCL). The SCL is jointly organised by Climb Asia Climbing Centre., Onsight Climbing Gym, Safra Adventure Sports Centre and Temasek JC Climbing Club

CATEGORIES

The categories opened for participation are:

Inter-JC (Women / Men).

Inter-Varsity (Women / Men).

Open (Women / Men).

Each participating school/institution is ONLY allowed to send a maximum of 5 competitors per category per gender. In addition, each school is ONLY allowed to send a maximum of 2 reserves.

The competition will be held on 10^th & 11^th May 2014.

The event schedule will be made available to competitors through e-mail, on the TJC Climb X blog (climbx-tjc.blogspot.com) and the Climb X Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/ClimbX). 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

Registration

Registration shall be made AS A SCHOOL/AN INSTITUTION.

Registration as an individual is allowed for the OPEN CATEGORY.

Please complete the registration form included in the registration package and send it back to climbx.tjc@gmail.com .

Please note that only 5 climbers per category per gender shall be allowed.

Please include 2 reserves per category per gender. A reserves shall proceed for the competition in the event of a withdrawal of any competitor from the main team.

Individual walk-ins representing a school/an institution may be accepted.

Individual walk-ins for the open category may be accepted .

The deadlines for registration of the early bird sign-up, regular sign-up and event day sign-up shall be strictly adhered to.

Competition Fees and Payment Deadlines

Payment shall be made AS A SCHOOL/AN INSTITUTION.

Payment as an individual is allowed for the OPEN CATEGORY.

The registration fees for early-bird sign up, regular sign-up and event day sign-up are as follows:

Payment must be made no later than 6^th May. 

All payment made after 6^th May shall follow the charges of the event day sign up.

Payment can be made via the following:

Cash.

Crossed-Cheque made payable to Temasek Junior College.

Journal Adjustment Request Form (for MOE schools only).

Please send an email notification to siti_rafidah_rahman@moe.edu.sg,

c.c. chew_yi_yang@moe.edu.sg once the cheque has been mailed out.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receiving payment.

Issuance of Receipts

Please approach the registration booth on the event day for the collection of the official receipt.

CONSENT TO CLIMB FORM

The Consent to Climb Form can be found in the registration package.

Each competitor is to bring their individual form duly signed on the actual event day for submission to the organizers during registration. For competitors under 21 years of age, parental/guardian consent is required. Parents/guardians need to sign on the as indication of consent.

An administration fee of $1 would be charge to individuals who require a form.

Competitors without the form shall not be permitted to climb.
