Competition Fees

Early Bird Sign-Up (register before 17th March)	$15
Regular Sign-up (register between 17th March to 30th March)	$25
Event Day Payment	$50

·         Payment should be made AS A SCHOOL

·         All payment must be made latest by 30th March or it will be considered as “event day payment”.

·         Submit registration forms via email to climbx.tjc@gmail.com.

Modes of Payment

·         Cheque (Preferred) or Cash

2 ways in which payment can be made:

Payment(cheque or cash) is submitted in person to Fung Yun Shan. An official receipt

will be issued on the event day.

Payment(cheque1) to be mailed to “Mr. Desmond Kao” at Temasek Junior College (22 Bedok South Rd Singapore S(469278) ). A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment. An official receipt would be issued on the event day.

·         We do not accept payment by money order.

**Important Notes

·         The indemnity form and medical declaration form3 of each individual competitor must be completed and handed in on the event day itself.

·         An administration fee of $1 dollar will be levied on participants who did not print their

indemnity forms.

·         If competitor is below the age of 18 years, parent/guardian’s signature is required for the indemnity form
